Niamh Kavanagh

Niamh Kavanagh is a nurse in Beaumont Hospital, having worked in the Neurosurgical Directorate in both the Intensive Care Unit and neurosurgical wards, since 2018.

Niamh has a special interest in rehabilitation after brain surgeries/injuries. Niamh’s research areas of interest include clinical neuroscience, rehabilitation after neurosurgical conditions, and rehabilitation after a serious illness.

Niamh has a BSc in General Nursing (First Class Hons) from DCU (2018), and a Masters in Neuroscience Nursing (First Class Hons) from RCSI (2023).
